deposits
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment, upon arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain conditions (e.g., rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance).
cancellations
All bookings for Genesis Skin treatments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to attend your appointment without giving at least 24 hours' notice, the full cost of your treatment will still be charged. If you cancel.

We accept payments by cash, card, bank transfer and contactless methods.
data protection (gdpr)
Your personal information will be used solely for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
lateness
We understand that things don’t always go to plan. If you think you’ll be running late, please contact via phone, text message, or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, please note that treatment time may be shortened. However, the full treatment price will still apply.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to proceed with your appointment, and charges may still apply.
no-shows
If you do not attend your appointment and fail to cancel within the required time frame, the full treatment cost will be charged.
phones & devices
For your comfort and the enjoyment of others, we kindly request that you silence your mobile phone during your treatment.
accompany for minors
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. An exception may be made with written consent from the parent or guardian.
re-scheduling
We are happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time, please note that rescheduling is subject to availability.
Rescheduling less than 24 hours may result in the loss of your deposit or a partial charge of the treatment cost. We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred time.
client health & safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment to ensure your treatment is safe and suitable for you. This information can be provided on your consultation form, which must be completed prior to your treatment for us to proceed.
client behaviour
We maintain a friendly and respectful environment for all clients. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of the treatment with full charges and refusal of future bookings.
