FACIAL PREP GUIDELINES

If you have injectables, including botox or filler, please allow 2 weeks before booking a treatment.

To prepare for your facial, please avoid the following products 5 days before your appointment:

+ Retinol or Vitamin A products

+ All exfoliating products (AHAs, BHAs, physical scrubs):

+ Other active ingredients e.g. benzoyl peroxide

Please avoid the following 48 hours before your appointment:

+ Waxing, threading and epilators: Refrain from hair removal treatments on the face at least 48 hours before.

+ Avoid excessive sun exposure including sun beds for 72 hours before to prevent skin sensitivity.

+ Heavy makeup: If possible, arrive with minimal or no makeup to save time from cleansing.
